چکیده

The addition of wood to polymers results in wood-polymer composites (WPC), whereby the content can be up 80 %. This composite is mainly processed extruded deckings. extrusion die an essential part process, which determines both process parameters and final product. A characteristic WPC dies a partial solidification melt before leaving die. necessary ensure dimensionally stable extrusion. For design numerical flow field calculations are increasingly used. Based on rheological measurements, shear thinning behaviour temperature dependence viscosity modelled.
